Ombudsman takes ex-officio action in case of two children aggressed by local police in Bucharest District 3
Publicat:The Ombudsman Wednesday announced it has taken ex-officio action in the case of two children physically aggressed by staff of the Local Police with the Bucharest District 3.
"The ex-officio action aims at a possible violation of Art. 22 and Art. 49 of Romania's Constitution regarding the right to life and to the psychological and physical integrity and the protection of children and young," a release by the Ombudsman sent to AGERPRES informs.
