Publicat:The lowest temperature this winter in central Harghita County was recorded on Monday to Tuesday night, in Toplita, where the mercury of the thermometers dropped to minus 24.8 degrees Celsius.
According to the meteorologist Adrian Pasol, from the Regional Meteorological Center of Southern Transylvania, this is the lowest value recorded this winter in Harghita, low temperatures being recorded in the other localities of the county as well.
