Iohannis: With ban on chemical, biological weapons, premise that someone uses them is not an option
Publicat:President Klaus Iohannis reminded on Thursday that chemical weapons are banned under international law and expressed hope that the signatories to the international treaties providing for this interdiction will respect their commitment.
