Doru Ilie Stoian, bronze medalist at European Junior Under-23 Weightlifting Championships in Poland
Publicat:Romanian weightlifter Doru Ilie Stoian won the bronze medal in the snatch, in the 85 kg category, Thursday, at the European Junior Under-23 Weightlifting Championship in Zamosc (Poland).
Stoian was awarded the bronze with the performance of 154 kg. In the clean and jerk he ranked 7th, with 175 kg, and in total he stood on 5th place, with 329 kg.
Thus, Romania won 20 medals in the European Junior Weighlifting Championships (8-4-8), the review for juniors being 5-4-6, and for the Under-23, 3-0-2.
