Speaker Dragnea requests in court annulment of ICCJ decision on appointment of 5-judge panels
Publicat:Speaker of the Deputies' Chamber Liviu Dragnea opened a lawsuit at the Bucharest Courts of Appeals under which he requests the annulment of the Management Board decision of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) which decided that the draw of the new five-judge panels will be made in the beginning of the next year.
The court has yet to establish a first deadline in this case.
