Speaker Dragnea requests in court annulment of ICCJ decision on appointment of 5-judge panels

Speaker of the Deputies' opened a lawsuit at the of Appeals under which he requests the annulment of the decision of the of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) which decided that the draw of the new five-judge panels will be made in the beginning of the next year.

The court has yet to establish a first deadline in this case.
