USR, PNL notify CCR about law on approval of GEO on creation of section for investigation of magistrates
Publicat:The National Liberal Party (PNL) and and the Save Romania Union (USR) on Tuesday notified the Constitutional Court about the draft regarding the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 90/2018 on the setting up of the Section for the investigation of magistrates, MPs Ioan Cupsa and Stelian Ion announced.
