Public notaries, able to obtain bank statements from Central Depository, in case of deceased people
Publicat:The Central Depository concluded a collaboration protocol with the National Center for the Administration of the National Notarial Registers, through which public notaries will be able to obtain bank statements certifying the holdings of financial instruments of deceased people, evidenced in the individual accounts, reads a press release sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday.
