Gov't lowers cap on minimum investment qualifying for state aid to one million euros

The government on Friday amended a decision on the state aid scheme to stimulate investments with a major impact on the economy, reducing the value of the minimum cap qualifying for the aid from the lei equivalent of 3 million euros to the lei equivalent of one million euro.

Under the amendment adopted at the government meeting, the minimum of three million euros that a company has to invest in order to be eligible was reduced to the lei equivalent of one million euro.
