899 fines for violating measures for preventing effects of COVID-19 pandemic, in last 24 hours
Publicat:The Police and Gendarmerie have applied 899 fines in the last 24 hours, with a total value of 449,350 RON, as a result of violating provisions of Law 55/2020 regarding certain measures for preventing and countering the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Strategic Communication Group announced on Tuesday. (1 euro = 4.94 RON)
Furthermore, through the competent structures of the Police, two criminal files were opened on Monday for thwarting the countering of disease, which is punishable by article 352 of the Penal Code.
