"The real estate mafia has ruined elder people (...). The information came from the City Hall ... these are the land plots, these are the heirs (...). There where there weren’t any, heirs were invented ", Oana Zamfir said.
She spoke about a network of people used as a cover up.
"The head of this network was Traian Basescu", she stated.
