Roman& comp. face prosecution for june 1990 crimes
Publicat:The Prosecutor General has called for President Klaus Iohannis approval to start a criminal investigation against former Ministers Petre Roman, Victor Atanasie Stanculescu and Gelu Voican Voiculescu, in the Miners' Raid case.
The written request is at the Cotroceni Palace already.
The three are facing prosecution under crimes against humanity charges.
