The pub and restaurant owners from the are reluctant to close down their businesses. They want to keep their customers, in spite of the recent law on business spaces open to the public in buildings of high seismic hazard. Out of the 200 buildings in the of Bucharest, only 14 represent imminent collapse hazards in case of earthquakes, business owners say.
