Law enforcement issues 834 COVID-19 fines in last 24 hours
Publicat:Law enforcement issued 834 fines in the last 24 hours amounting to 167,970 lei for violations of Law 55/2020 on measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS), the official novel coronavirus communication task force, informed on Wednesday. The Police reported two instances of frustrating disease control, a crime under Article 352 of teh Criminal Code.
In the last 24 hours, 962 calls were reported to the 112 emergency line.
