JusMin Toader: Meeting at ECHR on Jan 16 to discuss detention conditions
Publicat:The leadership of the Justice Ministry is set to meet the President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) to discuss the roadmap for fulfilling the requirements of the pilot decision on detention conditions, with a memorandum to be afterwards submitted to the Government for approval and sent back to the Court on January 22, Minister Tudorel Toader announced on Tuesday.
The meeting will take place at the ECHR headquarters on January 16 starting 2:00 pm EET, said the Minister on his Facebook page.
