Driver job, most sought-after on Romania's labor market

Being a driver remains the most sought after job on the Romanian labor market, where the shortage of candidates is generated by the increased attractiveness of international transport jobs, according to OLX's "Index of Jobs".

According to the survey, the acute shortage of drivers is mainly reflected in the large number of job ads posted by companies in the last six months of 2018 (with a 2pct increase over the same period in 2017). Thus, the "drivers - courier services" remained again in the second half of last year the category that gathered the most jobs, over 45,500 active offers.
