Senate: Establishment of Institute for Support of EU Integration of Republic of Moldova, bill passed
Publicat:The Senate adopted on Monday the legislative proposal establishing the Institute for the Support of the EU Integration of the Republic of Moldova, during the accession negotiations.
According to the bill, initiated by a group of PNL parliamentarians, it is an autonomous administrative institution with legal personality, its role being to provide technical assistance to public institutions and authorities in the Republic of Moldova.
The annual reports of the institute will be sent for information to the two chambers of the Parliament. Management is ensured by a council formed by the president…
