Romania wins to Poland 2-1 in Davis Cup, after the victory of Mergea/Tecau pair
Publicat:Romania's male tennis team leads Poland's 2-1, after the pair of Florin Mergea/Horia Tecau won to the noted couple made of Lukasz Kubot/Marcin Matkowski 7-5 4-6 6-3 on Sunday at the western Cluj-Napoca Polivalent Hall in the third round of the Group II of the Europe-Africa zone of the Davis Cup.
Mergea and Tecau grabbed the victory that could be decisive in the meeting's economics, after 2 hours and 16 minutes.
The winning team will move up to Group I of Europe-Africa zone.
