Patriarch Daniel, ambassador Larrotcha address Romanian children in Spain's placement centres
Publicat:The ambassador of Spain to Romania Manuel Larrotcha was welcomed on Wednesday in a presentation visit by Daniel, Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church (BOR), the two addressing among other things, the matter of the Romanian children in Spain's regional placement centres, a release by BOR informs.
These children, says the release, have no identity documents therefore, they cannot benefit from all the facilities their belonging to the Spanish state and to the European Union would naturally grant.
