Maneuvers in Ports of Constanta North and Constanta South, reopened
Publicat:Maneuvers in Ports of Constanta North and Constanta South have been reopened on Sunday both for sea and river traffic, the Infotrafic Centre of the Romanian Police Inspectorate General announced.
Infotrafic had previously announced the maneuvers had been suspended because of thick fog.
