Club owners behind bars, mayor facing charges

Allegations also focus on District 4 Mayor Cristian Popescu Piedone, the one who licensed the club and against whom a protest march was staged in Bucharest yesterday.
In turn, the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations has taken action to identify similar clubs where disaster could strike at any time.
