Supreme Council of Magistrates takes up defending judicial independence from attacks by other powers
Publicat:The Supreme Council of Magistrates (CSM) announced on Thursday having decided to defend judicial independence against attacks by representatives of other powers.
"At its meeting on July 4, 2018, the plenum decided to defend juridical independence against the recent attacks by representatives of the other state powers. Speeches by some political leaders at the public meeting 'Stop abuses of justice' as of June 9, 2018, questioned the correctness of the judicial proceedings, seriously affecting judicial independence," reads a press statement released by CSM.
