Romania's Chirita- Mei-Rosu table tennis pairing, through to U-15 mixed doubles event final
Publicat:The Romanian pairing Iulian Chirita/Bianca Mei-Rosu advanced to the U-15 mixed doubles event final on Sunday evening at the World Junior Table Tennis Championships in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, after defeating Taiwanese duo Yu-An Chang / Pu-Syuan Cheng 3-0 (11-6, 11-4, 12-10) in the semis, agerpres reports. In the final, Chirita and Mei-Rosu will play Japanese Sora Matshushima /Miwa Harimoto, who defeated Poland's Milosz Redzimski / Mia Griesel in the other semi.
Romania won a bronze medal in the U-19 girls' team event, as well as two more medals, in the boys' U-19 and U-15 doubles events.
