PSD:'Klaus Iohannis blocks all investments at local level'
Publicat:The Social Democrats accuse President Klaus Iohannis of blocking all new local investments because he has not promulgated the State Budget Law for 2019.
In a post on its Facebook page, PSD argues that for this reason, mayors or presidents of county councils cannot start new investments.
