The PSD (Social Democratic Party) and PNL (National Liberal Party) form a political cartel, since it is about two parties that dominate the political scene, with apparently different ideological positions and that align together to reduce the voting options of the voters and to be able to impose certain conditions on the political market, the Renew Europe's MEP Dacian Ciolos says.
