Ludovic Orban was born on May 25, 1963, in Brasov.
He graduated from the Faculty of Machine Construction Technology from the University of Brasov (1988). Postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences within the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (1993), according to www.cdep.ro.
