Iohannis made this statement in reply to a question as to his stance regarding the concerns expressed by 12 partner states over the tentative amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code.
''Justice laws can be changed but they need to bring improvement to the system. (...) These calls are in the same vein with what I and many other Romanians have been saying,'' was the comment of the head of the state.
