President Iohannis, after consultations: The fact that some won't come to talks seems strange to me

"The fact that some won't come to talks with the President of Romania seems really strange to me. I won't force anyone, however, this is a dialogue offer. Refusing a dialogue offer is at least strange," said Iohannis in Brussels.
