Number of individuals with banks and non-banking financial institutions arrears drops to 658,556, in December
Publicat:The number of individuals with bank and non-banking financial institutions arrears exceeding 30 days dropped by 1.17 percent in December as compared to the previous month, reaching 658,556, according to the latest data released by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) .
These individuals had arrears worth over 7.38 billion lei. Most of the amount was expressed in lei and euro, 3 billion lei and the equivalent of 3.02 billion lei in euro, respectively. Depending on the overdue category, the highest value corresponds to the 90-day deadline, with 4.21 billion lei.
