"Norwegian" syndrome affects romanian authorities

Two parents from a village in have accused the local Department of of having abusively taken away their nine children! The little one was allegedly snatched away from his mother's bosom. Romanian authorities made this decision following a neighbour's complaint that the parents neglected their children. The poor people want to get their children back at any cost. For the time being, however, they're not even allowed to see them.
