The US Ambassador to Bucharest, HE Mr. Hans Klemm, answered a question on the Facebook page of the Embassy, during a chat session on the situation in which the five stations of the Intact group find themselves after the NAFA raids from February 15, 2016.
"I agree with Prime Minister Ciolos that NAFA’s action did not affect the Antenna’s right to broadcast . NAFA only acted to enforce a final judgment issued long ago on the recovery of assets obtained through corruption and stolen from the Romanian people, "said Hans Klemm.
