Publicat:Chairman of the Szekler National Council (CNS) Izsak Balazs on Thursday said after the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) set aside the judgment of the General Court and annulled the European Commission's decision by which they refused to register the European Citizens' Initiative (ECI) titled "Cohesion Policy for the Equality of the Regions and Sustainability of the Regional Cultures", that by this decision not only the Szeklers and their allies from the Basque country stand to win, but all the European Union's countries, including Romania and Slovakia, that were against it.
