Senate's Speaker Tariceanu: Rule of law is still desideratum

"If rule of law had existed, then many things would not have happened. We would not have unauthorized rallies, we would not have teachers beaten in schools, we would not have people walking freely in the street and being assaulted right in front of the Government. If there were rule of law.
