Publicat:The speech concerning the State of the Union, made by President of the European Commission, Jean Claude Juncker, "strengthens the need for consensus around Romania's Presidency of the Council of the European Union", the Minister Delegate for European Affairs, Victor Negrescu declared on Wednesday in a press release.
