Lawyer to fugitive politician Udrea says detention challenged, extradition procedure complex
Publicat:Lawyer Veronel Radulescu said on Friday that fugitives Elena Udrea and Alina Bica have challenged a court's decision to be detained in Costa Rica, arguing that the extradition procedure is complex.
He also referenced a statement by head of the Costa Rica's Interpol Office who said that having a child is not an impediment to extradition, adding that the "it is not Interpol chief who makes decision in Costa Rica's judiciary."
