Judiciary faces more allegations of corruption
Publicat: The Romanian Judiciary is facing a flurry of accusations of corruption in the Magistrates' selection process, which is allegedly rigged. Several candidates filed complaints after they were rejected, in spite of passing written tests with flying colours.
Apparently, the real selection is made during the interview, depending on the candidates' connections or bribes given to those who decide who is to fill the vacant positions of Judges or Prosecutors. Many of these scandalous corruption allegations are directed at Judge Cristi Danilet.
