Gov't Spokesman Barbu: Internal legislative measures must be adopted to transpose 40 European directives
Publicat:A memorandum on the implementation plan of the European Union directives for this year was approved on Thursday by the Government, announced the Executive's Spokesman Nelu Barbu, stating that internal legislative measures are needed to transpose 40 directives in Romania.
"There are 44 directives, of which four have already been fully transposed. For the other 40, internal legislative measures - laws, decisions, normative ministerial orders - have to be adopted.
