Unemployment rate stays at 4.9pct in October
Publicat:The unemployment rate in October 2017 maintained around the same level compared to the one recorded in the previous month, namely 4.9 percent, the data of the National Institute of Statistics (INS) published on Wednesday reveal.
According to the INS statistics, the number of unemployed estimated for October 2017 was 451,000 persons (aged 15-74), increasing by 442,000 persons compared to the previous month, but declining by 496,000 persons compared to the similar month of 2016.
