Share capital of Fondul Proprietatea down by over 503 million lei
Publicat:The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGEA) of the Fondul Proprietatea (FP) decided on Tuesday to reduce the share capital by approximately 503.7 million lei to 5.239 billion lei, according to a release published on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
