Law on same retirement age for research and development staff promulgated
Publicat:President Klaus Iohannis on Friday promulgated the Law on supplementation of the Law no. 319/2003 regarding the Status of the research and development staff, informed the Presidential Administration in a release.
On February 28, the Deputies Chamber adopted the law on the establishment of the same standard retirement age for the personnel in this sector of activity, at 65.
"The retirement age for the personnel working in the research and development sector is 65 years old, for both women and men," says the law, initiated by Deputy Varujan Pambuccian.
