INS: Volume of construction works down 7.5pct January through October 2017
Publicat:The volume of construction works decreased 7.5% January through October 2017, compared with the same period last year, mainly due to the repairs and maintenance services sector (-23.1%) and capital repairs sector (-22.7%), according to data released by the National Institute of Statistics (INS) on Thursday.
The the opposite end, new construction works increased 1.6%.
By construction objects, engineering constructions declined 25.1% and non-residential buildings 14.5%. Residential buildings increased 74.9%.
