INS: Number of vacant jobs drops to 34,200 in Q2 2020
Publicat:The number of job vacancies was 34,000 in the second quarter of 2020, down almost 7,600 jobs compared to the previous quarter, according to a press release of the National Institute of Statistics (INS) on Wednesday. The vacancy rate (the ratio between the number of vacancies and the total number of jobs) dropped by 0,40 per cent compared to the same quarter last year and the number of job vacancies dropped by 20,800.
Compared to the previous quarter, the vacancy rate fell by 0.13 percentage points to 0,71 per cent.
