UDMR leader: I'd rather have measurements on Chilia arm done with Romanian ships and equipment
Publicat:Deputy Prime Minister and national leader of the Hungarian Democratic Union of Romania (UDMR) Kelemen Hunor on Tuesday evening told broadcaster TVR Info that he would prefer Romania and Ukraine measurements on the Danube to be made in parallel, and measurements on the Chilia arm to be performed with Romanian ships, equipment and experts.
"If I were in the position to accept what the Ukrainian side propose, I would accept teams from both countries to do the measurements on Bystroye, because it's on Ukrainian territory, but on Chilia I would prefer us to go with our own ships, with our own equipment…
