Romanian Foreign Affairs Ministry does not recognize legitimacy of elections in Transnistrian region of Republic of Moldova
Publicat:The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) does not recognize the legitimacy of the elections held in the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova and reiterates that Romania supports "a comprehensive, peaceful and lasting settlement of the Transnistrian conflict."
According to a press release issued by the MAE on Sunday evening, this regulation must be "in accordance with international law, in respect of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova, within its internationally recognized borders and without affecting its European future."AGERPRES
