Net average wage climbs to 2,720 lei, up 1.2pct in October;gross average wage reached 4,532 lei
Publicat:The gross average salary in Romania reached 4,532 lei in October, increasing by 1.1 per cent against the previous month, while the net average salary increased by 1.2 per cent (+32 lei), up to 2,720 lei, showed data of the National Institute of Statistics (INS), released on Tuesday.
According to the statistics, the highest net nominal average salary was recorded in: services in information technology - including computer science activities (6,380 lei) and the smallest in hotels and restaurants (1,580 lei).
