Publicat:Deputy Prime Minister Ana Birchall had a series of meetings with representatives of the island states in the Southeast Pacific and Caribbean region, whom she presented to Romania's objectives with the United Nations Organisation, by promoting our country's bid for a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council for the 2020-2021 mandate.
Discussions were occasioned by the Romanian official's participation in the high-level inter-regional meeting "SAMOA Pathway Midterm Review" held in Apia, Samoa, informs a release of the Government's Press Office on Thursday.
