Coal production up 12.3pct in Jan-Nov 2017; imports up 0.5pct
Publicat:Romania's net coal production exceeded 4.29 million tonnes of oil equivalent in January-November 2017, an increase by 12.3 per cent (469,000 toe) compared with the same period of 2016, according to data centralized by the National Institute of Statistics (INS).
In the said interval, Romania imported 496,800 toe net coal, by 2,400 toe (0.5 pct) more compared with the quantity imported in January-November 2016.
