Chamber: Acts of sexual or psychological harassment, forbidden, both in public, as well as in private
Publicat:The plenary of the Chamber of Deputies adopted on Tuesday a draft law for the amendment of Law no. 202/2002 concerning equal opportunities and treatment between men and women, with 214 votes "in favor", 8 "against" and 10 abstentions, according to which acts of harassment, sexual harassment or psychological harassment are forbidden, both in public, as well as in private.
"Any behavior of sexual harassment or psychological harassment as defined by the current law is prohibited, both in public, as well as in private," according to the draft law.
