2Performant closes private placement early, draws over 5.3 million RON through capital increase
Publicat:The 2Performant tech company, listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), announced the early closing of their private placement, started on August 5, mentioning that, as part of the increase in social capital, the company drew the total sum of 5.33 million RON.
According to a press release, the company's shares were oversubscribed in this stage of the capital increase operation, which ended early on August 11, one week before the term.
