Deputy Director General of ANP claims Romania's prison system has 8,500 accommodation places deficit
Publicat:Romania's prison system has a deficit of 8,500 accommodation places compared to the provisions of the legislation imposed by the human rights which establishes a minimum 4 square meters to be assigned for each convict, Deputy Director General of the National Administration of Penitentiaries (ANP) and Penitentiaries Superintendent Dan Halchin stated on Wednesday in a press conference held in Slanic Moldova.
