Exhibition to take place at the Parliament Palace to mark the 200th anniversary of the Hellenic Republic
Publicat:The Standing Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies on Wednesday approved a request of the President of the Hellenic Union of Romania, Deputy Dragos Gabriel Zisopol, to organise an exhibition, between June 23 and July 23, to mark the 200th anniversary since the beginning of the Greeks' struggle for freedom and independence from the Ottoman Empire, which led to the creation of the Hellenic Republic in 1830.
The event will be attended by personalities from the cultural, scientific, economic and political fields, from the country and from abroad.
The exhibition will include 30 portraits…
